How do I receive free shipping on my order?
Purchases on Jabberwockytoys.com with a shipping address within the contiguous 48 states will qualify for free shipping. As of April 6, 2021 orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/AFO addresses, and other territories may be excluded from the free shipping offer. When a purchase qualifies for free shipping, it will be reflected in checkout.
How soon will my order ship?
Please refer to the Product Detail page(s) of your Blown Ups! to see latest shipping availability of Preorders. Orders usually ship out of the fulfillment center within 3-5 business days. We ship orders Monday – Friday during business hours only, and we don't operate on major holidays. Please note that orders placed during a convention, sale, or promotion may take longer to process.
Do you ship internationally?
We love our international community and want to be able to offer shipping worldwide, however, Jabberwocky Toys only offers shipping to US locations at this time.
How long does shipping take?
We know how excited you must be about your Blown Ups! Our fulfillment center ships out your order using various methods depending on the size of your order. Most orders arrive within 10 business days of shipment. Business days are considered to be Monday-Friday and do not include shipping holidays.
